The 94sqm apartment is furnished, so you have no moving stress and also the costly and time-consuming trip to the furniture store is unnecessary. Just bring your personal belongings, the rest is already waiting for you!

We make shared apartment living easy and uncomplicated, because each roommate receives their own rental contract. Thus, you remain independent and flexible.

The WG has space for 3 people, a fully fitted kitchen (incl. refrigerator), a closet, a TV lowboard as well as a desk incl. chair and a bed from a reputable manufacturer.

Problems with internet or reception? Not with us, because every room is equipped with a fiber optic line.

Electricity is expensive? Not at STUDIO89, because it is already included in the rent.

And where to put the laundry? We have thought of that, too: a Laundry Room with modern machines is waiting to be used.

Our on-site house manager will be happy to help you with registration or other matters, so that you can concentrate fully on your studies. He also organizes common events, so that you can easily switch off after studying and meet new people.
