The Lux flat has a fully fitted kitchen (incl. fridge), a wardrobe, a TV lowboard, a desk incl. chair and a bed from a well-known manufacturer. A large room with enough space for personal development awaits you here.

Problems with the internet or reception? Not with us, because every room is equipped with a fibre optic line.

Electricity is expensive? Not at STUDIO89, because it's already included in the rent.

And where to put the laundry? We've thought of that too: a laundry room with modern machines is waiting to be used.

Our on-site house manager will be happy to help you with registration or other matters, so that you can concentrate fully on your studies. He also organises joint events so that it's easy for you to switch off after studying and meet new people.
